اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّا نَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ زَوَالِ نِعْمَتِكَ، وَتَحَوُّلِ عَافِيَتِكَ، وَفُجَاءَةِ نِقْمَتِكَ، وَجَمِيعِ سَخَطِكَ

Meaning

O Allah, we seek refuge in You from the removal of Your blessings, from the change of health You have bestowed, from the sudden punishment, and from all forms of Your wrath
