Prayer

اللَّهُمَّ تَقَبَّلْ مِنَّا صَلَاتَنَا وَدُعَاءَنَا إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ وَتُبْ عَلَيْنَا إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ

Meaning

O Allah, accept from us our prayer and our supplication, indeed You are the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing, and accept our repentance, indeed You are the Acceptor of Repentance, the Merciful.

O Allah, to You I submit; in You I believe; upon You I rely; to You I turn in repentance; with Your help I contend; and to You I seek judgment. Forgive me for my past and future sins; those I have committed secretly and openly. You are the One who brings forward and delays. There is no deity except You or no deity besides You. There is no power or might except through Allah.
